Please note that all SOLLIS Jewellery is lovingly hand-made to the highest possible standards, however due to the hand-made nature of the jewellery and the use of natural semi-precious stones (colours and patterns in stones may vary from piece to piece) there may at times be slight variations from the product image on the website. We feel that this is gives our jewellery a special unique quality and we hope you feel the same.

The following rules & regulations apply to all visitors and users of this web site sollisjewellery.com. By using this website you will be bound by all of the subsequent rules & regulations. In the event that a violation of these rules & regulations occurs, SOLLIS Jewellery reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law & in equity.
Unless otherwise stated, the SOLLIS Jewellery website & all of its contents (including without limitation, all text, photographs, images, video & audio) are exclusive property of SOLLIS Jewellery and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The SOLLIS Jewellery website & all of its materials including, but not limited to its text, artwork, photographs, images & video will collectively be known at ‘materials’. All ‘materials’ are protected by copyright laws & other international laws & treaties. You must comply with all proprietary and copyright notices on this web site. This web site is owned by SOLLIS Jewellery and is subject to copyright. The information on this site is protected under Australian copyright laws. Subject to provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia), you must not in any form or by any means:
(i) reproduce, copy, adapt, broadcast, store, transmit, distribute, print, publish or create derivative works from any information or ‘materials’ on the site or otherwise exploit any of its ‘materials’ without our express prior written permission.
(ii) alter, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify any material or information that you receive from this site which can be accessed through this site; or
(iii) use or apply, for commercial purposes any material or information on this Site, without the prior written consent of SOLLIS jewellery. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting any licence or right of use of any sollisjewellery.com trademark or part of any trademark displayed on the web site without the express written permission of SOLLIS jewellery.
Exchange due to change of mind – You have 14 days after purchase to exchange your purchase if you change your mind. This service is only available on FULL PRICE ITEMS.
The purchase of SALE items is final, unless deemed faulty, so please choose carefully.

Return of faulty items – You have 3 months to return your purchase if it is faulty.
All items are quality checked but occasionally there may be a fault we're unaware of. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellery and semi-precious stone items are delicate and should be handled with utmost care to preserve the life of the jewellery. Semi-precious stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a fault (i.e. dropping or bumping against hard surfaces). Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information on this.
To be eligible for a repair, exchange or refund of a faulty item please contact SOLLIS Jewellery on firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- A photograph of the item with a description of the fault
- A "proof of purchase" being either the email confirmation from SOLLIS Jewellery or bank statement.
- SOLLIS Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
- You are responsible for all postage costs incurred to return an item.
- For international returns we recommend that you label the package with 'Returned Goods' to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes once again.
The item will be assessed upon return for fault. SOLLIS Jewellery will then repair, replace or refund the item. SOLLIS Jewellery reserves the right to deny an exchange or credit if the faulty piece returned does not meet our return policy requirements and it is deemed that care instructions were not followed.
Please note SOLLIS Jewellery will only accept returns purchased directly from the SOLLIS Jewellery website. Any items purchased from a SOLLIS stockist must be returned to that stockist as per their return policy.
Please note the purchase of any sale item is final and cannot be returned / exchanged unless deemed faulty.
- Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and long exposure to sunlight as this may cause tarnishing and discolouration.
- Avoid contact with water. Remove all jewellery before showering or conducting household tasks such as cleaning.
- Metal components can be cleaned with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.
- Store jewellery in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate pouches or boxes.
At SOLLIS Jewellery we keep your information in the strictest confidence and do not sell information to third parties, nor use personal information for any reason other than its intended use. If you purchase from our store or add us on Facebook, you will have the option to be added to our mailing list. Our mailing list will keep you informed about new products and collections, events, news and sales. If may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and will be delivered in a beautiful SOLLIS Jewellery gift box or dust bag, which can be used as a jewellery storage box to protect your new pieces.
All items are shipped from our Sydney head office. Delivery will take 1-10 business days depending on your location worldwide.
For shipping within Australia you can choose between FREE standard shipping with tracking (2-4 business days estimated delivery) or Express Post which is priced according to the weight of your package (next day delivery to most metropolitan areas).
