How long will my order take to arrive?
All items will be shipped from our Hong Kong head office. Delivery takes 3-10 business days, depending on your location worldwide.
 
What payment methods does SOLLIS Jewellery accept?
- PayPal and credit card payments online.
 
Does SOLLIS Jewellery ship internationally?
Yes, please be aware that some products shipped internationally may attract customs duties or taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. SOLLIS Jewellery will not be held respon­sible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

Can I return a purchase if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return your purchase and exchange it for a different item within 14 days of purchase (full price items only).
Please note the purchase of sale items is final and cannot be returned / exchanged unless deemed faulty. So please choose carefully.

Will you repair or refund an item if it is deemed faulty?
Yes, you can return your purchase within 3 months of purchase and it will be repaired, exchanged or refunded if it is deemed faulty.
All items are quality checked but occasionally there may be a fault we're unaware of. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellery and semi-precious stone items are delicate and should be handled with utmost care.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Jewellery is delicate, particularly items with textile or natural stone components, so please handle carefully. If dropped stones and beads may break.
Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and long exposure to sunlight as this may cause tarnishing and discolouration.
Avoid contact with water. Remove all jewellery before showering or conducting household tasks such as cleaning.
Metal components can be cleaned with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.
Store jewellery in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate pouches or boxes.

Will my pieces of jewellery look exactly the same as the image on the website?
Please note that all SOLLIS Jewellery is lovingly hand-made to the highest possible standards, however due to the hand-made nature of the jewellery and the use of natural semi-precious stones (colours and patterns in stones may vary from piece to piece) there may at times be slight variations from the product image on the website. We feel that this is gives our jewellery a special unique quality and we hope you feel the same.

Can I buy a Gift Voucher as a present?
Yes, gift vouchers are available from $50-$500.
Your gift voucher will be emailed to you upon order placement.
The gift voucher will include a unique code that is assigned to the recipient, which they can use to shop online at sollisjewellery.com. 

How will my purchase be packaged? 
All purchases are packaged in a SOLLIS gift box, which double as a jewellery box to help preserve the life of your new jewellery.
 
How do I use a gift voucher or discount code?
Go to sollisjewellery.com and fill your shopping cart with lots of jewels. Head to the checkout where you will be able to enter the voucher or discount code. The total $ of your order will be updated before you finalise your order.
